the hotel features beautiful architecture and a great location. my room provided plenty of natural light, which i appreciated. i particularly enjoyed the peaceful courtyard.
the room was quite small. i could hear noises from other rooms and the main door to the courtyard. the limited restaurant menu also restricted my dining options.

I found the staff helpful. They were always available to assist with requests. The location is quite convenient, providing easy access to many local attractions.
I could hear quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms. This made it a bit difficult to relax. I was quoted one rate for early check-in, but another couple who arrived later got a better rate.

the breakfast was good and the location was central.
The noise from adjacent rooms was quite bothersome. I could clearly hear conversations and other sounds. this lack of soundproofing detracted from what should have been a restful stay. it was surprising considering the price point.

the location was perfect. it was walking distance to the town center where the christmas market is. the entrance area is beautiful and cozy. the staff was very friendly too, so cute.
the breakfast showed prices for some items i expected to be included, it was strange! we could hear noises from other rooms. i would have liked a coffee machine instead of just a kettle.

efficient welcomemedieval designquiet inner yard
the welcome were warm and efficient. the medieval design give the place distinct feel. i liked that my room faced the quiet inner yard, so i got a peaceful rest. the location are definitely superb and central.
the menu seemed somewhat limited for diner.
